There are 5 user types in efficialtec
- Administrator
- Allocator
- Coach
- Official
- Billing
Below is a summary of what each user is able to do in efficialtec:
Administrator
An administrator can perform the following functions:
- Uploading officials
- Uploading games
- Organisation settings
- Reports
- View officials profile
- Update officials profile
Allocator
An allocator can perform the following functions:
- View all games
- Allocate officials to games
- Change an officials capability
- Run reports
- Receive declined games emails
Coach
A coach can perform the following functions:
- Complete Performance Reports
- Update their availability
- View their assigned games
- Confirm and decline their allocated games
- Submit a travel claim
- Submit a disciplinary report
** A coach is also required to be an official permission to allow them to be allocated to games**
Official
An official can perform the following functions:
- Update their availability
- View Performance Reports from their games
- View their assigned games
- Confirm and decline their allocated games
- Submit a travel claim
- Submit a disciplinary report
Billing
A billing can perform the following functions:
- Download their payment report
- Download the referees bank account details
