Availability explained
This article quickly explains the different types of availability in efficialtec.
We divide availability up into a 4 tiered system.
Default Availability
This is the only availability set by the Administrator, as to whether their Officials are available by default, or unavailable by default.
General Availability
Officials load into efficialtec their most frequent availability, what they can do in a normal week.
Specific Availability
Officials load into efficialtec dates that differ from their general availability, to update the system.
Game Availability
This is an add-on, which needs to be activated by an Administrator. This add-on, allows a user to advise their availability for each game in the system.
It's imperative officials make themselves available for the total duration of the game. For example: If an official can officiate a game that runs for 60 minutes that starts at 5 pm, they should make themselves available before 5 pm until 6 pm at the minimum to be available for that game time if they are only available say until 5:30 pm it will show the official as unavailable.
